If you click on the Check button in the License Manager and the message "License successfully updated" appears, but the software does not detect the updated expiration date, please follow the questions below.
1- Are you using the most current version of the License Manager app?
For the most current version of the License Manager app, go to the Software Downloads page here.
2- Are you using a Mac with SoftBlock installed?
Make sure the dongle is mounted as read/write and not read-only.
3- Do you have multiple BlackBag dongles or USB devices attached?
Try ejecting all USB attached devices from your machine and just insert the dongle you are trying to renew.
